Do you enjoy motivating and managing small teams and empowering people to go the extra mile? Do you have a proven track record in recruitment? We have a vacancy for an experienced Recruiter to join our small growing team.

As well as rolling up your sleeves and being a hands-on Recruiter, you will be overseeing the existing recruitment team and ensuring Branch target is achieved.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Account management and recruitment
  • Taking job briefs and ensuring that they are advertised across the right channels
  • Filling permanent vacancies and some contract vacancies
  • Developing relationships with companies and ensuring the loyalty remains with repeat business
  • Utilising the recruitment software and embracing technology
  • Going on company visits and ensuring that the clients are communicated with
  • Producing KPI reports and conducting monthly meetings with the Consultants to discuss their results
  • Assisting with the commission calculations
  • Helping the team to achieve their quarterly branch target
  • Supporting the MD closely and maintaining confidentiality
