As the Sales Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Sales team by handling important administrative tasks such as order processing and acting as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office.

There is potential to develop in this role as this is a young and growing company. Opportunities exist to become a more senior member of the sales team or equally to work in other areas of the business as opportunities arise.

Responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, maintaining the CRM database and continually improving the productivity of the Sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls.  The Sales Administrator contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets by administering the sales information systems and providing all other administration services for the department

Responsibilities

  • Processing orders via email and phone
  • Running archive searches of the database for customers
  • Raising quotations
  • Research for upcoming projects
  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Maintain and update sales and customer relationship database
  • Researching target customers and competitive environment
  • Support bid preparations
  • Develop and compile presentation material
  • Ensure Sales processes are in accordance with company QMS procedures
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally
  • Make international travel arrangements for the team including obtaining visas/passports
  • Manage the info email box with new queries
  • Ad hoc tasks e.g. inputting expenses into the accounts system
