Based in Farnham, our client is currently looking for a suitable candidate, with a keen interest in design to join their busy and dynamic Sales Support Team.
What you will do:
- Provide key support to Agents and Distributors worldwide
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Handle inbound sales and customer service enquiries
- Record activity on the company’s CRM system
- Process Sales Orders on the client’s order processing system
- Provide feedback to the business on a regular basis
- Attend and contribute to regular team meetings
- Perform any other duties that may reasonably be required by the Manager
What you will need:
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Superb communication skills with a confident, friendly telephone manner
- Proactive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative and multitask
- Experience of Salesforce preferable but not essential
