Senior Account Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive, experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager based in Guildford. Our client is looking for someone with ambition fused with professionalism and a sense of humour.

You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and demonstrate a clear understanding of their needs and briefs. You will possess great liaison and organisational skills between your clients and the team on a daily basis, with an enthusiastic work ethic that continually brings the best out of those you’ll be overseeing. You will regularly schedule and lead meetings, demonstrate confident communication skills and a deep understanding of clients’ expectations.

An important aspect of the role is possessing strong organisational and financial skills, you should be able to work independently and proactively at a senior level.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing relationships with key clients and delivering outstanding service
• Working closely with digital, social, and creative teams
• Planning and executing campaigns both digital and physical
• Presenting confidently in client meetings or calls, with the ability to lead the conversation
• Managing budgets whilst ensuring a healthy internal cost targets are achieved

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 3 plus years in Account Management in client side.
• Setting strategic objectives and delivering against phased development plans
• Strong financial acumen
• Ability to work unsupervised and remotely if necessary
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent time management
• A great communicator, in person, online and over the phone
• Ability to manage workload and plan ahead, prioritising efficiently

DESIRABLE SKILLS

• Familiarity with the latest digital/social news and trends and able to apply them to your work
