Senior Sales Administrator

Location:Cobham, Surrey
Salary:£25000 - £35000 per annum

We have a high-growth and faced-paced client who required a Senior Sales Administrator to join and support their innovative sales team. You will compile, maintain, report and monitor sales performance and KPIs, serve as a point of contact for customers’ queries about services and compile and manage quotations.


  • Process all inbound sales enquires and orders
  • Supervise day-to-day operations with After Sales Customer Service
  • Compile daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
  • Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments
  • Compile quotations from information provided by the sales team
  • Support sales teams with administrative tasks, if required
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records on CRM database.
  • Communicate customer feedback and order processing status internally with sales, finance, and operations
  • Manage customer accounts assigned to the customer service and sales team
  • Develop and measure customer satisfaction goals and co-ordinate with the team to meet them on a consistent basis
  • Monitor and record competitor activity
  • Create processes to make the business systems more efficient
  • Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience in a Sales Administration role
  • IT literate with a good knowledge of MS Office applications especially MS Excel, CRM Software and able to learn and expand our system.
  • Analytical and numerate with a clear ability and understanding to report on sales performance metrics whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent time and organisational management skills with an ability to multi-task and manage a portfolio of services and a diverse number of clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Team player with excellent people management skills
  • Self-starter willing to proactively contribute to improving the sales process and client engagement
  • Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
