A wonderful opportunity for a candidate to secure a minimum of 4 weeks temp Administration work in central Cranleigh working within a busy office, in a close knit and friendly team. The company sits in the luxury sector and require a candidate who can deal with high-net-worth individuals, who possesses excellent problem-solving ability and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Duties will include:
- Assisting Office Manager with Admin Support
- Assisting the Regional Partners with customer correspondence
- Assisting with Marketing Administration, brochure production and Mail Merges
- Advert production
- Answering the phones, dealing with enquiries
- Making appointments and diary management
- Liaising with clients, responding to any immediate queries
To be successful in this role you must have excellent communication, strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
