Our Recruitment Process

Once we have reviewed candidates’ details and interviewed them face to face, we will submit a short list of suitable candidates to you. 

We then organise the interviews providing your full feedback and when a candidate is offered, we can assist with references if required.

We obtain references for temporary workers and we can also assist in requesting references for permanent placements.

This is a practical option for businesses that need extra support but are working within tighter budgets. You still get capable, experienced employees, just in a more cost-effective way, for roles that can be done remotely.

When does this work well?

This option tends to suit businesses open to remote working in roles such as:
