Temporary staff are paid at an hourly rate which includes holiday pay, National Insurance and administration costs, so things are kept nice and simple for you and you can focus on the work that needs doing.

When you register with us you’ll need to bring a valid passport with you to prove your eligibility to work in the UK. We will also ask you to provide us with 2 professional references. The registration will be with one of our consultants, and following your meeting (we interview on Zoom, Whatsapp or Facetime at the moment due to Covid), we will send you the Microsoft Office and typing tests. The tests that you are asked to complete will be based on the kind of work you are looking for.
To be an excellent temp you will need to:
- Keep your phone on at all times as temporary contracts are allocated on a first come, first served basis
- Be punctual
- Be smartly and appropriately dressed to work in a business environment
- Have access to a car or be close to public transport links
- Be an excellent ambassador for 2i Recruit and complete all tasks to a very high standard
- Be flexible towards the needs of your temporary employer
