A fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck in and being part of a small, long standing, product lead organisation in a friendly team. The role will have an emphasis on finance administration, knowledge of Sage and VAT would be advantageous but above all strong organisation skills and enjoying “getting stuck in” where required is key!
The office is also a showroom therefore there may be the odd occasion the successful candidate will be expected to greet customers if all sales staff are busy.
Part time will be considered of 3 full days a week or 5 half days for the right person, the role will be office based.
Experience and Attributes Required
- Experience working in Finance Administration or in a Bookkeeping position
- Good phone manner and happy to speak to customers with the ability to offer good customer service skills and ability to see an enquiry to enquiry through to completion.
- Highly organised with the ability to organise the unorganised!
- Excellent attention to detail with competent Microsoft Office skills
- Friendly manner and be the type of person who enjoys working in a small team
