Our client is seeking a commercially minded and passionate Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategies that drive sustainable sales and profit growth. This role will be responsible for delivering brand plans, leading innovation and renovation projects, leveraging consumer and market insights, and ensuring best-in-class brand activation across multiple channels.
The successful candidate will combine strong brand-building capabilities with excellent project management skills, commercial acumen, and a collaborative approach to working across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of brand plans and marketing campaigns that drive sales and profitability.
- Lead new product launches and renovation projects from concept through to market.
- Analyse consumer, shopper and market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with sales teams to develop compelling retailer and customer presentations.
- Monitor brand performance, profitability and category trends.
- Manage e-commerce content and digital brand assets.
- Support marketing budget management and campaign reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams, agencies and external partners to deliver projects on time.
Experience & Skills
- Previous Brand Manager experience within an FMCG environment.
- Experience working with FMCG industry ideally for a premium brand.
- A proven track record of delivering successful product launches and brand growth initiatives.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Excellent analytical and commercial awareness.
- Confidence presenting to customers and stakeholders.
- The ability to influence, collaborate and build strong relationships across teams.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Degree-level education or equivalent practical business experience.
- Professional marketing qualification (completed or in progress) desirable.
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
