This role combines management accounting, financial analysis, forecasting, and business partnering, supporting senior leadership with key decisions that drive profitability, growth, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce monthly management accounts and commercial reporting
- Analyse profitability, margins, KPIs, and business performance
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
- Provide insight to support strategic and commercial decisions
- Prepare board reporting packs and present findings to stakeholders
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance
- Oversee VAT returns, audits, and financial controls
- Improve reporting, systems, automation, and business processes
Experience Required:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified/part-qualified
- Background in management accounting, commercial finance, or business partnering
- Strong forecasting, modelling, and analytical skills
- Ability to translate financial data into commercial recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable
- Profitability and pricing analysis experience
- Exposure to finance, CRM, or timesheet systems
- Experience within a growing or scaling business
- Track record of driving process improvements and profitability growth
