Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Administrator to join their busy and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career, learn new skills and become an integral part of a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to both the marketing and customer success teams. You’ll assist with a variety of tasks, from coordinating client communications to helping users troubleshoot issues within their online portals and app. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and working with people, this role offers plenty of opportunity to get stuck in and develop.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the marketing and customer success teams
- Assist customers with troubleshooting portal and app-related queries
- Offer guidance to users to ensure they get the most from the platform
- Support client communication and coordination to ensure smooth delivery of services
- Update and maintain the internal database
- Assist with creating and managing social media schedules
- Provide diary management and organisational support
- Offer general support to the marketing team, including activity on LinkedIn
- Contribute to a busy, positive, team-driven environment
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive mindset with good problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Any experience within marketing or office administration is beneficial but not essential
