Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations support team. This role combines traditional coordination and scheduling responsibilities with a consultative, client-facing approach — ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, estate agency, or any high-pressure office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate client accounts from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
- Build accurate client quotes using resource lists, schedules, and availability data
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and general account administration in collaboration with the finance team
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate logistics, service requests, and equipment availability
- Organise and lead interdepartmental meetings to support project delivery
- Maintain and update customer records and asset tracking systems
- Assist with client outreach and contribute to ongoing business development efforts
- Attend networking events as needed to support relationship building and brand visibility
Experience and Skills Requirements
