Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our fast-paced operations support team. This role combines traditional coordination and scheduling responsibilities with a consultative, client-facing approach — ideal for someone with experience in recruitment, estate agency, or any high-pressure office environment.

This is a dynamic and varied position suited to a self-motivated, highly organised individual who thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, and can manage multiple moving parts with confidence and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate client accounts from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring timely communication and follow-up
  • Build accurate client quotes using resource lists, schedules, and availability data
  • Support invoicing, purchase orders, and general account administration in collaboration with the finance team
  • Liaise with internal departments to coordinate logistics, service requests, and equipment availability
  • Organise and lead interdepartmental meetings to support project delivery
  • Maintain and update customer records and asset tracking systems
  • Assist with client outreach and contribute to ongoing business development efforts
  • Attend networking events as needed to support relationship building and brand visibility

Experience and Skills Requirements
