We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our client’s busy head office in Guildford. This is a varied role which is integral to the administration and management of the company.
You will be comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines while maintaining accuracy as well as being able to prioritise and multi-task. Good organisational skills are a must. Full training and on-going support is provided.
The Project Coordinator will work in conjunction with our Project Manager and Customer Relationship team to manage the logistics of our departments. You will be arranging project start dates and access with the clients, ensuring the staff allocated are of the correct level and ability, complying project files and briefing the relevant parties on site and on work required. You will keep the client informed with the project progress.
You will also arrange equipment calibration and repairs, maintenance of our vehicle fleet, and training schedules.
Tasks will include:
- Specific customer site requirements including:
o Security & Vehicle Passes
o Arranging specific training, DBS checks or/and D&A testing for staff
- Fleet, equipment and training date monitoring and arrangements
- Complying Project Files for staff and briefings
- Prompt, appropriate action of Customer approval processes and contracts
- Arranging site audits and van/PPE audits to meet the schedule and targets
- Ad-hoc research projects
The ideal candidate will possesses excellent attention to detail, the ability to work within a team whilst being self- motivated, strong communication skills and will be MS office proficient.
