Receptionist – Beaconsfield

£28,500 per annum plus bonus

Do you enjoy client care and high levels of customer service? This role is not a traditional receptionist role; it is more of a client care role where you will be taking inbound calls on Teams and speaking to clients who are going through various personal situations and then booking them into appointments. You will need to have empathy and be happy speaking to people on the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls
  • Taking down personal information and adding their details to the inhouse system
  • Diary management
  • Using Microsoft Teams to answer calls and book in meetings
  • Having an empathetic approach
  • Dealing with confidential information

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House, or Customer Service role
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with people at all levels
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work well under pressure
  • High attention to detail
