£18,000 – £26,000 per annum DOE

Commission: Uncapped (realistic OTE £5,000–£7,500+ once established)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and creative media sales environment, working with innovative advertising solutions across a diverse range of sectors. You’ll be responsible for generating revenue by connecting local businesses with impactful advertising opportunities across a growing digital network.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of new business development and relationship management, with the chance to build a strong client portfolio while developing commercially valuable skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within the local market
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships
  • Promote a range of advertising solutions and maximise revenue opportunities
  • Conduct outbound calls and generate high-quality client meetings
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and marketing decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline effectively
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
  • Represent the business professionally at all times

Experience and Skills Requirements:

  • High energy, driven, and target-focused mindset
  • Confident communicator, both over the phone and face-to-face
  • Strong interest in media, marketing, or advertising
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning business
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Natural relationship-builder with a consultative sales style
  • Ability to balance new business development with account management
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
