Sales Executive – Aldershot
£18,000 – £26,000 per annum DOE
Commission: Uncapped (realistic OTE £5,000–£7,500+ once established)

You’ll be responsible for generating revenue by connecting local businesses with impactful advertising opportunities across a growing digital network.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Identify and win new business opportunities within the local market
- Manage and grow existing client relationships
- Promote a range of advertising solutions and maximise revenue opportunities
- Conduct outbound calls and generate high-quality client meetings
- Build strong relationships with business owners and marketing decision-makers
- Maintain accurate records and manage your pipeline effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery
- Represent the business professionally at all times
Experience and Skills Requirements:
- High energy, driven, and target-focused mindset
- Confident communicator, both over the phone and face-to-face
- Strong interest in media, marketing, or advertising
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to winning business
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Natural relationship-builder with a consultative sales style
- Ability to balance new business development with account management
- Previous sales experience is beneficial but not essential
