Are you someone who thrives on variety and enjoys making things run smoothly behind the scenes? Our client is looking for a proactive Operations Assistant to support the smooth day-to-day running of their offices.

You’ll be right at the heart of the operational team travelling between locations, ensuring everything from office setups to IT support runs seamlessly. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves a mix of admin, logistics, and hands-on problem-solving.

No two days will be the same, one day you might be coordinating office equipment and liaising with suppliers, the next you could be visiting another branch to ensure systems and setups are running perfectly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Operations Manager with the smooth running of multiple offices.
  • Manage deliveries, office supplies, and equipment logistics between sites.
  • Assist with office setups, moves, and space management.
  • Provide first-line IT support (computers, phones, printers, etc.).
  • Liaise with external IT providers to resolve technical issues quickly.
  • Keep accurate records of assets, inventories, and maintenance schedules.
  • Conduct office visits to ensure operational consistency and compliance.
  • Assist with health & safety checks and general site upkeep. 

About You

You’re organised, resourceful and love getting things done. You enjoy variety and take pride in keeping things running efficiently. You’re confident using technology and don’t mind getting hands-on when needed.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or facilities role (professional services experience a plus).
  • Confident with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • A positive, practical, and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and juggle multiple priorities.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between regional offices.
