Our client is looking to recruit a full-time Administration Assistant to join the firm.
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the smooth running of the Firm by providing a range of support and general office services listed below. A high degree of self motivation, initiative and good communication skills are needed.
The main duties include;
- Collect and distribute mail, this will involve scanning mail to our systems.
- Distribute internal documentation
- Prepare franked post for despatch
- Take post and special deliveries to the Post Office
- Cover reception
- Prepare Meeting Rooms as required
- Ordering stationery
- Opening and closing of files in paper form and electronically
- Other Admin tasks as required.
