Our niche client is looking for an Administrator to join their busy business and administration team. This role will suit you if you have excellent administrative experience and communication skills. You should actively enjoy working on and co-ordinating a range of tasks and projects and have good office IT skills, preferably including database and Publisher experience. You should be an enthusiastic team player. You will need to be confident at communicating with staff of all levels and have empathy for the needs of clients and customers. You must be able to work efficiently and to tight time-scales.

Within this role you will provide reception cover at busy times of the day including morning breaks, lunch, towards the end of the working day and at other times when our receptionist may be absent. You will be responsible for communications with customers, the production of newsletters. You will lead on the maintenance of records, being responsible for keeping up to date database and paper records, acting as administrator on the information management systems.

This office based role is for 37 hours a week during term time including CPD days (39 weeks) plus 15 days to be worked during school holidays. Hours of working are 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.00pm Friday. Part time role sharers would be sharing a work station.
