Salary:£18,000 - £20,000

Our client is looking to recruit a full-time Administration Assistant to join the firm.

The successful candidate will be required to assist in the smooth running of the Firm by providing a range of support and general office services listed below. A high degree of self motivation, initiative and good communication skills are needed.

The main duties include;


  •  Photocopying
  •  Collect and distribute mail, this will involve scanning mail to our systems.
  •  Distribute internal documentation
  •  Prepare franked post for despatch
  • Take post and special deliveries to the Post Office
  • Cover reception
  •  Prepare Meeting Rooms as required
  • Ordering stationery
  • Opening and closing of files in paper form and electronically
  • Other Admin tasks as required.
