Location:Colingdale, North London
Salary:£28,000 – £30,000 plus bonus and benefits

Customer Service Team Leader, Colingdale, North London 30k plus benefits and bonus

The purpose of the role is to make sure that the team reach and exceed individual and team targets and objectives.

Duties:

Holding weekly one to ones
Call listening and providing feedback
Coaching
Tracking objectives
Providing training on the job where relevant
Encouraging the team to deliver service in line with our client’s values
Sharing best practice across the team
Supporting the team in making calls where required
Establishing processes to track/manage and predict performance
Handling initial escalated complaints
Supporting with campaign upload and workload delegation

 

Postholder Requirements:

Strong experience as a customer service team leader in a commercial and customer focussed, fast paced environment
Proven experience in driving best practice and superb performance through teams.

 

Skills:

Expert people management skills
Strong customer focus
Target driven mentality
Strong PC skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

You will need to be happy to work on a shift pattern in this role.
