Our niche client is looking for a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for providing general marketing support for UK business. This will include creating and executing a range of activities focused on customer acquisition, retention and re-activation – across both offline and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Web content and web maintenance:
• Maintain and update websites to ensure product/marketing content is up-to-date, accurate, regularly refreshed and optimised for search
• Manage and execute web content plan to ensure product and marketing content (promotional landing pages, FAQs, advice articles, blog articles, and product content) is created and uploaded to the site to deadline
• Participate in reviewing and maintaining regular “housekeeping” tasks to ensure web content is regularly refresh and up-to-date tasks

Search engine marketing and pay per click:
• Review, update and track search engine optimisation activities; including actioning recommendations for content improvement, improved visibility and position on the search engine results pages
• Analyse keyword search volumes to identify strong keywords for campaigns and to identify well-performing buying keywords
• Monitor competitors pay per click campaigns and reporting on keywords being targeted

Social media, digital asset and content creation:
• Manage social media accounts, creating and posting content and campaigns to drive followers and engagement
• Research new ideas and competitor activity to constantly develop and improve marketing
• Create digital assets to support campaigns, and for use on the website, in email campaigns and across social media
• Ensure there is consistency in look and feel of all content created, in line with brand and tone of voice guidelines

Email marketing and marketing support:
• Support the UK marketing manager to create, build and execute email campaigns, including content and assets
• Manage automated email programmes to ensure they run smoothly including monthly/quarterly reporting. Working with the team to identify and implement improvements
• Support the marketing team in the development and execution of general marketing activities and campaigns
• Manage regular marketing ‘housekeeping’ and administrative tasks

• Understanding of marketing channels and processes
• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of and comfortable working with data

Knowledge and Competencies:

• Minimum 18 month’s experience within marketing, ideally within a B2B environment
• Ideally, experience of Google Ads and Analytics
• Good knowledge of campaign KPIs and understanding of customer and acquisition data metrics
