Our client is seeking an Architect to join their collaborative team, supporting the technical delivery of projects from planning through to construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Building Regulations submissions and technical documentation.
• Producing tender packages, working drawings and construction details.
• Supporting the technical delivery of projects across a variety of sectors.
• Assisting with project coordination throughout all stages of the design and construction process.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintaining high technical standards and ensuring compliance with current Building Regulations.
• Supporting project management activities and meeting project deadlines.
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment and assisting with problem-solving throughout project lifecycles.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
• Ideally a minimum of three years’ architectural experience within the UK.
• Experience working on a range of project types and scales.
• Good understanding of both refurbishment and new-build projects.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage workload effectively and support projects through to completion.
• Flexible and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
