2i Recruit is 13 years old on December 6th
December is always a time for celebration, bringing people together and popping the champagne. And this December the 6th it’s a particularly special day for us because 2i Recruit turns 13. We’ve been in the recruitment business now since 2004 and we’ve become recognised recruitment experts with a wealth of knowledge, connections and insight to offer our clients. It’s a wonderful thing to be able to connect the best candidates to the best businesses and now we have 13 years of successful employment matches to celebrate.

If you’ve ever wondered what our logo means we thought we’d take the opportunity of our 13th birthday to explain it. We chose to incorporate 2i to fuse the two core values of our business: intelligence and integrity. Together, these have provided a foundation for a recruitment business that has gone from strength to strength and we’ve never wavered from our commitment to these service principles. Our logo also plays on the idea of vision – longevity in an industry like recruitment requires one eye on the future and the ability to embrace a broad and forward thinking vision for how to be better, more efficient and to deliver increasingly more positive results for our clients.
Our people are our heart
The people at 2i Recruit have been the glue that has held our organisation together over these 13 wonderful years – and who continue to innovative and push for better service to help our clients exceed their goals. Director Jenny Jamieson has been in recruitment since 1997 and has been a bright light in the industry, locally and beyond. She is the consummate recruitment professional, passionate about recruitment, and has committed the business to providing a 5-star service to companies in the local area, and beyond.
Low turnover of staff ensures consistency
It’s not just those in management roles who have helped to create such a well regarded brand. Our dedicated consultants are one of the agency’s key selling points, not just for their knowledge, enthusiasm and experience but also commitment to 2i Recruit. Most of those who currently make up our team have been with the agency for three years or more, ensuring that clients get a consistent service from someone who has experience of their business. One of the reasons our people stay with us is because we operate in a team environment and all clients have two contact points in the agency. This ensures we retain our exceptional levels of service and keeps our staff supported too.
