Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and growing team. This is a varied role combining customer service, order management and administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys resolving customer queries and working closely with internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, managing delivery issues and returns, and supporting the wider business with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues via the company’s customer support platform.
- Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to investigate and resolve delivery-related queries.
- Managing courier communications and tracking deliveries to ensure successful order fulfilment.
- Identifying lost or delayed parcels and coordinating replacement orders where necessary.
- Processing returns and refund requests in line with company procedures.
- Issuing return authorisations and maintaining accurate records of pending refunds.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure returned goods are received and processed correctly.
- Arranging customer refunds and ensuring all transactions are completed accurately.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal systems.
- Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Previous experience within a customer service, sales support, order processing or administration role.
- Experience working with CRM, ERP or warehouse management systems.
- E-commerce customer service experience would be highly advantageous.
- Experience dealing directly with consumers and providing a high level of customer care.
- Previous experience liaising with courier and logistics providers.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
- Flexible, team-oriented approach and willingness to support different areas of the business.
