Recently we have had a complete office makeover and are so happy with it we wanted to show everyone as it’s designed around giving our clients and candidates an even greater level of customer service.
Our office hasn’t had an upgrade since 2007 so we thought it was long overdue! Especially as our brand new website was launched in November last year, so it was now time for an office redecoration and refurbishment.
We have two new tub chairs at the front of the office under the window to help our candidates feel as comfortable as possible when they come into the office to register.
We have new desks so we can now fit two more Consultants into the office for 2i Recruit’s future expansion plans. Holly, our new Consultant, has been with us for three weeks now and has been a breath of fresh air. We are all really happy with how she has been getting on, she has made great progress already picking up new jobs and has fitted into the team brilliantly.
We are installing new phone lines so our Consultants can take more calls from our clients and candidates. We also have new, bigger computer screens with better Skype facilities so we can register some of our candidates by Skype. With better audio on our computers, the quality of Skype calls has increased. This is especially useful for candidates who don’t live near our office. We have candidates all over Surrey and London.
We have a new job board for our candidates and have updated our signs outside to reflect our new logo design.
Not only do we want to enhance our clients’ and candidates’ experience, Jenny, our Director, wants to make the office environment as pleasant as possible for her consultants. Every Monday we have a fresh bunch of yellow roses to brighten up the office.
The office colours were chosen to match our new website. Nikki, our Branch Manager, decided the back wall should be painted yellow while our Director was away on holiday so John painted it. They took a chance surprising Jenny but she absolutely loves it.
As it’s April it’s the start of a new quarter, as well as a fresh start for our office. We’re excited about this quarter and what it will bring for our clients and candidates. People who have been visiting the cafe next door have noticed our office for the first time and have been popping in. Our door is always open so drop in if you are passing, or alternatively call to have a chat.
