You will support customers and internal sales stakeholders to ensure orders are processed efficiently, enquiries are handled professionally, and day-to-day operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Handle incoming calls and emails, delivering a high level of customer service Provide clear information on products, pricing, stock availability, and delivery times Proactively communicate order updates and resolve issues promptly Identify and address potential problems before they escalate Provide administrative support to the wider sales team Carry out general administrative duties, including backlog reporting and goods-in reporting Skills & Experience Experience in sales administration, order processing, or customer service Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Competent in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems Ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure
